Product Name: Trail Bologna Meat Processing Kits
Reason for Recall: The kits may contain undeclared soy and wheat. People who have a soy or wheat allergy or severe sensitivity run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat this product. This happened because Hickory Jerky kit contents were accidentally packaged inside of Trail Bologna kit pouches.
Products Affected: 17.88 ounce pouches of Trail Bologna Meat Processing Kits, UPC code 797442404137, marked with lot # B241851006 and with a Best by Date of 2-08-27. The lot and date are printed on the front center of the pouch.
Dates Sold: The announcement does not provide specific dates the product was sold. However, the product was distributed nationwide through wholesale distribution, retail stores, and mail order via the company's website.
What to Do: Stop using the product immediately. Consumers who have purchased Trail Bologna Kit pouches from Lot B241851006 should contact Con Yeager Spice for return and replacement. Distributors who have purchased boxes of Hickory Jerky should inspect the contents of their cases for Trail Bologna kits and contact Con Yeager for return and replacement. Product Name: Various ReadyMeals and Store-Made Deli Items
Reason for Recall: The products contain a chicken ingredient that might be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This bacteria can cause serious illness, especially in young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems. It can even be fatal. Healthy people might only experience short-term symptoms like fever, headache, stiffness, nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea. However, pregnant women could have miscarriages or stillbirths.
Products Affected: 12 types of ReadyMeals and store-made deli items – a complete list of these products, including UPC codes and sell-by dates, can be found in the source material.
Dates Sold: The products were sold with "Sell Thru" dates up to and including October 11, 2024 and October 13, 2024.
Where Sold: The products were sold at Albertsons, Carrs-Safeway, Eagle, Jewel-Osco, Pavilions, Randalls, Safeway, Shaw's, Star Market, Tom Thumb, and Vons stores. These stores are located in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.
Product Name: Frozen toaster waffles, Belgian waffles, and pancakes are being recalled.
Reason for Recall: The waffles and pancakes may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause serious illness.

Reason for Recall: The green onions might have Salmonella, which can make people sick.
Products Affected: The recall affects several brands of green onions, including:

Dates Sold: The affected green onions were sold in Canada and the USA. The Trader Joe's brand has a pack date of 092524.
Where Sold: The green onions were sold at stores and restaurants in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.
What to Do: If you have these green onions, throw them away. Do not eat them. You can call Church Brothers Farms at 1-877-590-0428 or email them at [email protected] if you have questions.
Product Name: Dakota Tom’s Sandwiches is recalling three cheeseburger varieties.
Reason for Recall: The beef patties used in the sandwiches may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause serious illness.
Products Affected: The recall impacts the following products:

Product Name: Sprouts Farmers Market is recalling Chicken Street Taco Meal Kits.
Reason for Recall: The kits might have Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness.
Products Affected: The recall includes Chicken Street Taco Meal Kits with UPC 205916813991 and "Best by" dates between September 2, 2024, and November 7, 2024.
Dates Sold: The affected kits were sold between September 2, 2024 and November 7, 2024.

Reason for Recall: The product is being recalled because one lot of vials used in production may contain glass particles.
Products Affected: The recall affects lot SP2400058 with an expiration date of 12/31/2024.
Dates Sold: This product was distributed nationwide to licensed healthcare providers from July 31st, 2024 to August 27th, 2024.

Product Name: Medtronic MiniMed™ 600 series or 700 series insulin pumps
Reason for Recall: Medtronic is recalling these insulin pumps because even a single drop or bump can damage the pump's internal electrical components. This damage can cause the battery to drain much faster than expected. The pump may stop delivering insulin sooner than the user expects, based on the battery alerts. This could lead to high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) or diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), which are serious health risks that might require medical attention.
